Neil Ahuja
Neil Ahuja, a seasoned Wall Street veteran and FDI Partner & Director of Solitaire Valley, is at the forefront of India’s sustainable real estate revolution. With extensive experience in the financial industry, including leadership roles in a prominent US real estate company spanning 44 states, Ahuja returned to Mumbai to pursue impactful projects.
Educated at the University of Pennsylvania, Ahuja brings a robust foundation of knowledge to his endeavors. His tenure as global head of mortgages at Deutsche Bank further deepened his expertise in finance, enhancing his influential role in the field.
Ahuja and his team at Solitaire Valley champion a holistic approach to sustainable real estate. Spanning 210 acres, Solitaire Valley exemplifies environmentally responsible and community-oriented living with features like solar panels, water harvesting systems, and expansive green spaces, setting a new standard for long-term sustainability.
Beyond environmental focus, Ahuja prioritizes social inclusivity, exemplified by Solitaire Valley’s diverse housing options under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The development includes amenities like schools and playgrounds, fostering a supportive environment for diverse communities.

Under Ahuja’s leadership, Solitaire Valley is spearheading an ambitious project to develop a luxury 5-star hotel in Ayodhya, in collaboration with the Uttar Pradesh Department of Tourism. This initiative aims to provide world-class facilities while promoting local tourism and economic growth.
Driven by a strong sense of purpose, Ahuja plans to establish a wellness center in Ayodhya rooted in Ayurvedic principles, blending traditional wisdom with modern amenities to promote holistic well-being.
